  Really bad service!!! Orders were screwed up, worst fried calamari appetizer. Comes with tons of fried vegetables and just few pieces of calamari, and not to mention its fried horribly. Ordered dinner and they actually forgot the salads that were supposed to come out before dinner, go figure that one out. When they started to bring out dinner they brought one dinner plate out first and then 10 minutes later brought out the rest of the dinner for my party of 5. By this time my lobster dinner is really cold from waiting for the rest of the orders. When i finally asked what happened to the salads i was asked if no one brought them out to us. The manager came to our table and apologized about the salads and replaced my cold lobster dinner for another one. And we all finally ate. Even though are sides in two cases were not what we asked for. But at this point we just wanted to eat and get the heck out of there. The food ultimately is average, for the money you can make a very nice seafood dinner and possibly enjoy it much more. The manager was very apologetic and even issued a discount of 20% the the total bill. The restaurant is very noisy from all the chatter going on all around you, seats are very close to each other, not a cosy feel to it. I would return to eat here, but not anytime soon. It would be on of my last options. Red lobster is not what it used to be.

  Horrible service. My husband, our 7 month old and I went for my birthday a couple of days ago and the service was horrible. The sides my husband ordered wasn’t even what he ordered and by the time they brought it out he was finished with his dinner..which by the way was absolutely ridiculously small.. it was like they took a few bites of fish left over from someone who didn’t finish their plate. The rice on my plate..again looked like a half eaten portion. A few teaspoons of rice? the loaded baked potato on both if our plates was not a loaded baked potato. when we gor the check I saw they had charged for our sides we didn’t get and the lady got an attitude because I wasn’t going to pay for something we didn’t get until after our meal was finished. also, I know they sing a little song and give dessert.. they half ass sang their little birthday chant after my husband told them it was my birthday And no dessert. We went on My husband’s birthday a cpl of months ago as well…I let them know so I could have them sing song and bring out a dessert I actually ordered..they didn’t even acknowledge his bday…finally I just cancelled the dessert order after waiting for them to bring it out. We have eaten at this restaurant quite a bit.. I try to give the benefit of the doubt when service isn’t well and not judge over one incident..but this seems to be consistent with this particular location since the last several times we’ve weMr the service was horrible. Never again.

  Terrible Service – Too noisy. Red Lobster – you are not a sports bar – TURN DOWN THE AWFUL MUSIC!!!! Waiting 10 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged and drinks not arriving until; after our salad is not acceptable. Neither is a waiter who only shows up at the beginning and end of the meal. Never even got a refill. Had to ask another member of the wait staff to get out check. Food was good except broccoli which was not cooked at all.

  Red Lobster is the BEST!!!. My favorite place to eat is red lobster because of the biscuits they are one of the best things that have happened to me besides my Mom my bro and my dad Dan I Cook. well i love the serivice they have. they are very kind and fun loving. they will try their best to make you happy. I ADORE the food they have they cook just right.my mom likes the lobster pizza.my bro likes the mozzarrella sticks.i don’t really know what my dad likes.but i know exactly what i like the biscuits and the snow crab legs.if you ever go there ask for the biscuits .

  More Biscuits Please. My daughter could have picked any restaurant to eat at for her B-day, she picked Red Lobster. I wasn’t that thrilled, but hey, I Iove her and so off we went.Good food and service. Nothing fancy about the Red Lobster but it’s good. For apps we had the Lobster and Artichoke dip, Shrimp Cocktail, and Mozzerella Sticks. Oh don’t forget the cheese biscuits my favorite reason to go to Red Lobster. Everything was good but nothing spectacular except for the biscuits which you can’t get anywhere else. The biscuits are crunchy on the outside and nice and fuffy on the inside. They have a nice salty taste and I love when they are piping hot from the kitchen.Main course I had the Seaside Trio ( fried shrimp, scampi, and shrimp linguine) my wife had the Lobster Pizza and my daughter had the kid’s portion of crab legs. Again everything was just good I mean it’s Red Lobster good, not that that’s bad…put it this way it’s not Southport Raw Bar, The Whale or Calyipso Pub In Pompano, good.I told our server Nerline that it was my daughter’s B-day and they came out with a comp little sundae with a candle . They sang which I thought was cute. Nerline was excellent.Overall we spent $120.00 dollars ( not including tip) for dinner for 4 with drinks. In my opinion it’s a lot of money for a chain restaurant. Remember to tell them Dan sent you for the cheese biscuits dropped from heaven lol and Stay Hungry!

  This is the best seafood restaurant in town. The food is excellent and the service is superb. I go all the time. They have the best biscuits.
