Excellent food, friendliest staff. I have been ordering from or eating at Spikey Ty for 4 years now and I have never had a bad meal. Sushi is always fresh, dinner specials are generous portions. Food does not have that heavy, corn-starch/MSG taste to it but it’s always fresh, hot, and flavorful without being overly salty. Favorite dishes include Bourbon Chicken, Pad Woon Sen, any soup and just about any sushi roll. They’re quick, friendly and prices are very reasonable. Not sure where other reviewers that didn’t like it are coming from — we order at least 2x a week and have never had a bad dish.

Best Asian food in town by far. We used to eat at two separate restaurants, oe for Thai and the other for Chinese. After both restaurants let us down with either poor quality food and an attitude, or good food very small portion and very high priced, we decided we needed a change. My wife kept telling me on our way home from her work we keep passing this place called Spikey Ty, so we decided to try it. From the moment we stepped in we felt like family, We were given a menu asked us to sit down and even offered water and said if we have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. We ordered the Basil Beef, Chicken Fried rice and a small Miso soup for my wife.This is one of our favorite meals there but have ordered Sushi and Chinese food never let down always full of flavor.and very reasonable pricing. Now we order take-out at least 1 or more times a week. The owners know me by name and if I’m not there they always ask of my health. This is how I compare Spikey Ty, it’s like having dinner together at the table family style with the owners..
