I went here for the first time from a recommendation from a very picky coworker, so I thought I was in for a treat. Upon arriving, it was clean, we were seated right away (party of two) for 1130am on a Sunday, I got excited! Then we ordered, they were out of OJ, ok…we got coffee, it was cold. Waiter replaced it, no problem. We had to ask him for napkins and creamer, ok…I still was excited. The food took almost an hour, wasn’t cooked how we wanted it but we were scared to send it back because of the long wait. We asked for ketchup, they were out of ketchup, they were out of jam for the toast, didn’t even butter the toast. Everything was dry…as we had to hear the waiters all around us say they were out of this and that. Basic things, soda, lemonade, condiments. Like really? Who manages this place? Why would you be out of the most basic things and you’re not even packed like that. Our waiter ducked us the rest of the time seeing the dissatisfaction on our faces, he even sent over someone else to bring us the bill, etc. It felt like a complete waste of money and the whole establishment is not run effectively as I watched the waiters eating and drinking right in plain view and no one even had their food. Disgusting, I will never go back. I would rather wait 45 min for a table at IHOP, at least I know the service will be decent.

Then had to flag her down 5 times just to pay so we could leave. Horrible first impression. Won’t be going back.
Horrible service. Used to love the place, but last couple of times, service was slow and rude, swore we would never come back. Even the manager didn’t care.

Went to this place with the wife around noon on saturday. it was not busy. only about 8 to 10 tables occupied. there were about 5 waitresses walking around. got seated right away (that should have been my clue). was seated in an area that i could see the waitress station. watched at least 3 waitresses at various times congragate there. saw at least the bus boy cleaning tables in my area 3 times. after 10 minutes of no service or at least being greeted by a waitress was amazed to see two tables across from me seated and greeted by a server. within 30 sec they had coffee………… we got up and walked out. ..WENT TO RAMBLEWOOD DINER. GOOD FOOD AND FAST SERVICE…….have been reading other reviews. guess i am NOT in the minority….tried to tell the greeter but she seemed unconcerned .
Not happy with my recent visit! The menu changed an they hiked up the prices! The food isn’t that great and the service wasn’t all that! I’m done coming to this place!
This place couldn’t be more different from the Boca location of this chain. While the decor is nicer, the tables, menus, sugar, etc were grimy. The service was odd. We arrived after the morning rush and there were many servers and only a few patrons, yet we waited ten minutes before our drink orders were taken. Then we waited again, for a very simple order, which arrived piecemeal. Eggs arrived without toast. Pancakes arrived without bacon. No refills ever arrived for coffee. The bacon, toast and pancake were underdone and lacked the crispness of the Boca location. Not sure why things are so wrong here, but so good at the one on Glades road.
Worst Breakfast Ever?. Food Improperly Prepared + Bad Presentation + Poor Service = Bad Breakfast.PS – Not just our bad experience. During our visit, we actually saw another table of five just up and leave. Kind of wish we followed them!
