had some of the best customer service when we first moved here in 2013 but in 2014 it started going down hill. i use to go at least once a week and now i no longer go unless i have too. use to be very patient and keen to make the customer happy. now its not a priority. they go for quickness and dont care if you are happy with the drink. very disappointed.

Great coffee. Most of the employees are really friendly and the manager is great. I love the coffee, the donuts not so much, Good Things Donuts are the best in town. They seem to run out of things a lot, creamer, coffee flavors & mostly donuts. I go because of the great coffee and staff.
Hit and miss. I love going there for breakfast because their hashbrowns are awesome… they taste like Red Lobster’s biscuits. But I don’t care for their coffee drinks… they have nothing original in the way of mochas or lattes or whatever.
The portions of meat in their burrito are the worst I have ever had in my life. Fortunately their phone number is not listed on the receipt and the manager Jered could care less about his customers. Please go to local businesses instead of dunkin donuts.
Good donuts of course. Love that cruller.
