Crab Claws. Fried blue crab claws
Don’t get the filet. Unless you want to eat meat glue, do not order the filet. It is reasonably priced, however, it is not real filet mignon by any means and there is no doubt in my mind the last one I ordered was glued together bits of meat. (The grain of the meat did not align at all and it looked exactly like information I’ve seen on the web about what a meat glued steak looks like.)It actually tastes pretty good and is tender, but I don’t appreciate being tricked into thinking I’m getting real filet mignon when I’m not. (Not to mention the increased risk of consuming potentially harmful bacteria that comes with meat glued steaks.) If you haven’t heard of meat glue, you should really look it up, it will make you angry when you realize what’s going on with a lot of restaurants.To be fair to Coach N Four, their ribeye is pretty good. (And there is no way you can fake a ribeye.)

Overall I liked CNFS. Steak was great and cooked to perfection. That said, I wish that they used real bacon on the potato and that the salad was not a bagged one. We will go back again and try different sides.

People are dumb!. I’ve been there plenty of times and it was EXCELLENT!!!! And its obvious they do NOT use frozen meat or shrimp. fast food places use frozen meat, yet it doesn’t stop you from stuffing your mouth with it! the staff is always nice and make sure we have everything we need. steaks are delicious and very nicely cut. the place looks brand new and they have the NICEST bathrooms in Crestview! seriously people? always gotta find something to complain about. if this place was so bad as you say they wouldn’t be open still!! I’m sure they wouldn’t miss you complaining anyway, how about stay home.
Good food and good service. MOST of the time the food is really ,really good. I still go for the rib eye!
