A Special Place. Just left Thai Phoon this Tuesday night after a delicious meal. The place is clean, service is prompt, and everything we’ve ever had is made with the freshest ingredients. It’s not only the best Thai restaurant, the best Oriental one, but I believe it is probably the BEST RESTAURANT in Citrus County. The Thai vegetable soup started us off with warm goodness, and the entrees just added more delight. Our two entries were large sized and loaded with meat. No scrimping on anything. Now, our go-to favorite place.
Tasty. Ordered curry duck it was delicious. It came thinly sliced which I wasn’t used to but tasted great. Service was super fast, also spring rolls were full of pork and spices. medium + was perfect. Jasmine hot tea was good also.

Really great Thai food. We love going to dinner here, not only for the excellent food, but also for the great service. The Fresh Rolls are an absolute must, as an appetizer, and we have always experienced delicious entrees. They CONSISTENTLY perform to the highest level. For anyone who has never tried Thai food this is the place to start enjoying it.
Awesome Thai food. Ordered the Pad Thai Chicken. It was served pipping hot and covered with crumbled peanuts! Very good. There was plenty and filled me up. As for the person who felt they did not get enough, I could not have eaten another bite. Service is great and the spring rolls were filled with plenty of pork, not just cabbage like a lot of other places. Can’t wait to go back! Will be making this a regular dining spot.
I don’t normally write reviews, but…. I just have to express my disappointment with the price and portion size of this place. The food is good, not the best Thai I’ve had but also not nearly the worst, but the portion was so small I was amazed they charge ten dollars for it. I’m not exaggerating when I say they give you 1/3rd or 1/4th of the portion that other Thai places do.The first time I went to this place it looked small even spread out on a plate, but I didn’t realize how small it really was until I got take out. The curry in the 16oz food container filled maybe a fourth of it. It was definitely less than an inch covering the bottom. The rice portion they gave me was a little bigger than a golf ball, which was enough to mix in with the curry but only because there was so little curry there.I really wouldn’t have a problem with this if it didn’t cost ten dollars. If it was $4.99 I would be really happy with it; I could grab it on the way to work and it would make a good snack to heat up on my 15 minute break. For a dinner price, however, it just isn’t worth it. It’s nice to have a Thai place within driving distance but I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again :(.
