Absolutely disgusted. As I was about to take a bite of a wing I noticed it was covered in feathers. Our waitress didn’t comp the feathery wing. She didn’t even apologize. I will never visit Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Just love me some chicken wings from here. My favorite mango habanero n Asian zing. Just a little pricey but worth it once in a while.
Sauces here are great. Wonderful and diverse place, nice and relaxed bar man. I liked it half and half. Had it not been for the very surly and extremely rude female table runners I might feel comfortable more in returning. Managers please ask some workers there to make an effort. I was very unhappy with the attitude.
Great Wing Place. This place rocks! I go often, probably more than most, and have had a consistently great time. Some employees are better than others, but for the most part, excellent.By the way, I miss Albert and April also, but I do not remember them ever being cooks. Previous comment mentioned food quality went down when they left, not sure how they had an effect on that. I have never had an issue.Thanks for being a great neighborhood bar in Cutler Bay
Disappointed…. In 2009-2010 my husband and I spent every Thursday for boneless wing day…The Asian Zing was to die for…especially because April and Albert knew us by name…after they left it went downhill…The chicken is dry, not tasty at all…not sure if it was the server but it has gone down hill. It’s unfortunate that was once a local favorite is no longer…
This place is awesome. The good is great, the customer service is amazing and the prices are reasonable.
