Perhaps we picked the wrong day to come it. The minute the waitress told us the food would take long because they had a bunch of super bowl Sunday wing orders, we should’ve left. The main problem was that the waitress was very inattentive. We probably will not go back for that main reason. The appetizer was good. My salad was good. My baked potato was not fully cooked. It was a bit hard. And my husbands steak was burned and my mahi was overlooked and dry like sawdust. We sent our entrees back and they redid them and the steak and mahi were perfect the second time around. Delicious. Still not sure if we will go back. Regarding ambience… I know it’s a pub, but if you want to go deaf and not be able to converse during your meal it’s a perfect place to go. Music was way too loud. Loud enough to give me a headache. Too many variables for me to give it a better review. Even though the food was good, the overall experience was not.

No music???. I’ve been a frequent customer who lives in the neighborhood, after today I just don’t think so. I was delighted to have a good pub with good music and food. I’ve told so many about the charm of the pub grill and even have taken many of friends and all my family there, but I’m Very sorry to say the charm went out the door without the music and we had to listen to an announcer of one sporting event for those who don’t understand what’s happening if not for a blow to blow play being told to them. I would understand if it was a major play off, I just don’tGet it?
Pretty good food/takes forever! Weekly specials are really good and keep it interesting. Craft brews are extensive. If it’s even a little bit busy, be prepared to spend at least an hour and a half. Servers are nice. Kitchen prep time is horrible. You will wait for what seems forever.
New to the cutler bay area and glad i tried this place! Ive gotten a burger everytime and have been greatly satisfied. Cant wait to try their other options and breakfast!
They change their specials every week and this week they had double patty burger with American cheese and bacon and for the bread…..Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Sooooo goooood. Well done.
Lunch time Beer selection i…. Lunch timeBeer selection is fantastic.Wings, finally….garlic & hot both were rather good. Tried a Special of seafood that was dark, meaning left in the fryer.Aside from that, this is a very cool place.23 Feb, 2013Pub Grill Good. Nestled in a strip mall is a surprising little joint that sports fans will definitely enjoy. The interior I small so seating may become an issue if a big game is on due to the wall-to-wall TVs. I was able to get a good seat at the bar and within a few minutes was greeted by several staff. Soon enough a menu came my way so I ordered a beer, was shown the specials board all of which looked very good and then was given time to review the array of options. The counter was not as clean as I would have liked however it was not dirty. The draft selection about 8 taps, mostly domestics with Stella, NewCastle, Sam Adams, Blue Moon, and Brooklyn being the standouts. They were out of Brooklyn.I ordered up a Smokin Gun, which is the standard burger with truffle rose sauce and smoked Gouda. Im really not sure what truffle rose sauce is but I gather its a commodity due to the sparing amount that was lines out on the bun. I am a fan of cheese, especially smoked Gouda and this burger came with the thinnest slices of Gouda Ive ever encountered. The burger itself was standard. Everyone seems to be doing Black Angus beef these days. The side that came with, I was offered a choice by staff which is cool, were hot and right out of the fryer. They were surprisingly tasty and I rather enjoyed them. The burger was itself good however I could not muster a wow factor. The pet peeves for me were that I was not supplied with any silverware, maybe burgers are strictly finder food, nor any napkins which are needed once you start diving into the burger which was very juicy. Good job on that! One a side note, when you serve up a condiments rack, place it facing the patron and not the bar back. All in all, this is an interesting place with a menu that just cries out to be tried. It is 1000% better than BBW down the road. Ill return because I hear they have some really good wings.
