The menu on this website is incorrect, the prices are completely different on my profile, the correct menu is added! The food here is greatly amazing! Fresh and super clean environment. Highly recommend!!
Horrible employee. I ordered my food like one normally would and sat down to wait for the order. I started to play on my phone and was immediately told to not take pictures of the place. I tried to explain that I was not but they kept accusing me of taking pictures. After another 5mins of waiting for my food they aggressively accused me again. This costumer service was horrible and uncalled for.
Bad Customer Service. On Saturday August 9th, 2014 I ordered a bucket of special fried rice with no pork. I explained to the young lady taking the order repeatedly that I do not eat pork. I even had her repeat it to me. So after waiting over a hour and a half to receive my food I called back and the young lady explained that the delivery man delivered to the wrong apartment. She stated that they would make my order over again and deliver it to me. Again I asked her to repeat no pork. About a hour later the delivery guy finally showed up and I received my food. He made me walk to the corner instead of bringing it to my door. I tipped him any way cause I understand it was a mistake. When I opened the bucket to my surprise it’s pork in the rice I paid for. I called the restaurant back and the young lady told me that they would not deliver again I had to pick it up. I explained to her that I had no car and that’s why I paid for delivery. That’s not good customer service and I didn’t receive what I paid for. She put me on hold and told me that with my next order I would receive a proper bucket of rice free with order. I called today August 11th, 2014 to order some curry shrimp and receive the proper order of special fried rice with no pork and the young lady told me they would not honor what she previously told me. She could only give me $5 off. The customer service is below satisfactory and I would like to be compensated some way.
