Very poor service. Ordered cheese and bean quesadia for take out at 1.03pm and got the food after several reminder at 1.40 pm and after several of those who ordered after me got their food. Complete chaotic place. Got quesadia with chicken instead of what I ordered. When raised this with manager Keith, got a lame answer.
Shame on Food Network for using its name to lure me into a bar. Serving and drinking alcohol is the number one thing happening here. Every bar seat and table I viewed was drinking. Some had food. I will say that I did really enjoy my Signature Cuban on a pressed Ciabatta Roll. It’s the only reason I did not give a straight one. The servers here are rude and uncaring. The guy next to me was treated badly and his requests ignored. Two servers talked badly about guests and were checking their phone even though the place was packed. No way I would stop here again. The attractive layout and famous name are a trap. This is a bar making its money on alcohol sales from a captive audience waiting for their flight.
This place could be great but it’s a complete flop. Lazy employees. Expensive food that isn’t much better than McDonalds. I could have had a bacon Egg and cheese from McD’s for $2 and it would have been much better than the $7 one here. Always out of things.
Disappointing.
Excellant food and service. Just finished a very nice lunch; check out the club sandwich! Be sure and sit at the bar where you will meet Ralph. He is an example of the kind of guy that I would want working for me if it were my restaurant.! Good food, service and conversation.
Breakfast is super limited. Scrambled eggs or egg whites with bread. Fruit ? Bread and lox. More bread. Needs to better. Ugh!!!! Got a tomatojuice though it’s not the menu.
LAZY lazy staff i ordered a…. LAZY lazy staffi ordered a cuban sandwich and a fruit salad and it seemed as if they slapped it together and left like two inches with just bread and mustard then the center was all the other ingredients. and it wasnt even cut all the way! the way they wrapped it in parchment paper and then tried to cut it in half it doesnt make sense because you cant pull it apart without taking one of their plastic knives and finishing the cut on the thick burnt bread that they lazilly made the sandwich on. it tasted ok but jeez. they really suck at cooking! furthermore the fruit salad was mostly skin pieces! and even a few pieces were rotten!!! wow such a horrible food service here!! never going back!! i would have been better off grabbing a premade sandwich from a vending machine. other than that the service is good and the atmosphere is nice with all the tvs and the stuff on the walls were cool.this place needs teach their kitchen staff how to cook and not burn a simple sandwich! or let fruit rot! wow
