Some Pleasant Surprises. Good subs, as long as you do not expect Kosher delicatessen quality. Their potato salad is excellent deli style. The Chili is to die for. The staff is most gracious and strive to provide customer satisfaction. It’s amazing how they have kept up their standards over the years.

Say What. Are you kidding how much for that sub. That’s what I said to my self after I unwrapped my sub. And they didn’t even get the order correct. I knew this was going to be a bad experience when I looked at the sub maker, he looked angry and looked like he wanted to be any where but Mr M’s. I could buy 2 subs at Subway for the price of one Mr M’s, and Subway subs are the same size, and taste no different. I guess as long as there are suckers there will be Mr M’s.
Ok sandwiches not worth waiting 15-20 minutes for (even at 2pm).They have 6 people making subs I have no clue what takes so long the service blows
Very Rude. I ordered lunch at 12:50 and paid online. I was told it would be delivered by 2:00. I work in a school and have a 30 minute window for lunch. They called the office at 1:45 & said to my coworkers that my card was declined & they would not deliver until I paid. I called them back & asked them if I could call back in 15 min because my card was upstairs & it is valid, it just was keyed in wrong. They said no & talked to me like I was trying to steal a sub. I ran up & called back 10 minutes later & they admitted they were wrong, they reentered the #, but did not offer an apology. They have no customer service skills & their subs are not even close to good enough to offset their rudeness.
Still as good as I remembered. I had Mr.M’s subs for the first time when I was only 10 years old for a school trip lunch. I found the place again now (17 years later) and it is just as wonderful as I remember! The bread is soft, the meat is top notch quality, and the vegetables are extremely fresh. But even better than the sandwiches is the service you receive. The staff gives great service, very friendly and welcoming. While waiting for my sub I noticed how the staff greeted everyone with a smile, knew several regulars names, and always thanked each customer for their patronage. This combination of good food and great service is hard to come by especially here in South Florida!
It was good. I’d go back if my coworkers wanted to go. I can’t say I would suggest it to the group as an option. But I am not a person who likes to go to an eatery more than once.
