HUGE lunch specials for CHEAP-O. It’s your usual take out style chinese …but it’s certainly the best in the area around NSU. Recommended it to my fellow broke starving student friends and they love it too. I’m never going back to orient chef again.
Extremely Rude Customer Service. From the first second of placing an order over the phone I got a bad taste in my mouth for the way they run their establishment. The host/cashier/waitress or whatever her title was that picked up the phone had no idea of what was on the menu, whether its your first night or not know the menu its simple. Anyway I placed my order for the combination vegetable mix over the phone she told me there was going to be an hour wait I said no problem. Literally 6 minutes after my phone call, I called back and asked if teriyaki (brown) sauce came with it and if it did can i get it on the side. The host didn’t know so she put the manager or person who knew what was going on there on the phone and he told me it does come with it but its too late to get it on the side because the order was already made.How does that make sense i literally placed the order not even 10 minutes ago, mind you there was an hour wait, and my order was already made. BAD BAD BAD RUDE RUDE RUDE….by the end of the phone call with his terrible rude behavior i asked to completely cancel my order and he still tried to argue with me and told me that i was ridiculous. Terrible customer service for a brand new business.
