My husband, two daughters (3 & 1 yrs old) and I ate here tonight. The prices were fairly typical of south Florida and it was pretty busy although there were still a few empty tables. However, the order for my husband’s beer was forgotten. Then after waiting 45-60 minutes after ordering we realized his pizza order had also been forgotten. When he mentioned this to the cashier she accused him of lying. We certainly were not looking for a free meal but neither were we expecting that response. Needless to say, these pizza lovers will not be returning there again. The pizza and salad were fine. Our previous and first visit we had the tiramisu which was not so great and seemed a bit pricy for the serving size.It is a nice, casual environment that is super friendly to small children.
Fantastic Food. For a little hole-in-the-wall place, the food here is some of the best I’ve ever had. I won’t order pizza from anywhere else. The Baked Manicotti was incredible, the soup and salad super fresh, and the garlic rolls are AWESOME! Everything is so good, I haven’t had room for dessert yet, maybe next time! Try Ciro’s and you won’t be disappointed.
Best pizza I’ve ever had. I come down to ft lauderdale every year or so and gave this place a whirl one year. I’ve tried the garlic rolls (w/cheese and without), a few of the pizzas (reg, white, etc), and a few of the deserts. The pizza is great. The garlic rolls are completely unprecedented–a must try! When I go back home I tell people about this place all year and wish I could get some anytime. I haven’t had any bad service here (seems like most negative reviews center around that), but I could see it happening; the food’s worth it though. I’m going to try the Stromboli and possibly calzone soon and I’ll report back after.
Happy customer. Surprised to see a small place in a strip mall be as good as it is but the pizza is to die for and the veal dinners-where the flavor comes from i have absolutely no idea. and don’t pass on the garlic rolls-so darn good. and where else can you get a bottle of wine for under $10-you have to try this but don’t take up my table on Friday nite when the place gets packed-very good service as well. have never had pizza delivered but they seem to keep busy08 May, 2011Imr. Problems. I’ve had a good meal at this restauraunt and decided to order a pizza one night. It was a simple half-pepperoni order for delivery with an estimate of 40 minutes. After an hour, I called to find out where it was. The delivery arrived as I was on the phone. I paid the driver and took the box to the kitchen. But, I opened to find a half-mushroom pie. I was able to catch the driver and return the pizza in exchange for the money. Lesson learned.
