Ok Thai if you are in a hurry. Went with a friend to this local Thai restaurant for lunch. It’s located in a strip plaza next to a tire retailer. First impression, there are no Thai workers in this restaurant. To me, that is always a bad sign. If the ethnicity of the restaurant is not present, not sure how the food will be. I was surprised there was a salad bar (actually a bowl of salad and a pot of soup). I ordered the Panang Chicken. I am not Thai, but had enough of Thai food in my life that I know what Panang curry should look and taste like. The dish came out and the first thing I noticed is the sauce is very thin and watery. Definitely, not Panang curry. My friend ordered the Pad Thai and that actually looked pretty good. I asked for the spice rack. What I received was a canister of hot pepper flakes. Again, it did not meet expectations. Will I recommend if you want something cheap and fast for lunch, sure. But if you are looking for quality Thai food and willing to spend an extra dollar or two for lunch, go somewhere else.
Very Dirty dirty restaurant. Floors haven’t been cleaned in years, dirty tables. It’s a shame because the food could be wonderful but after our take out I would NEVER eat there again! OMG. Such a shame. 🙁
Wonderful. I’ve been going to this restaurant for about 20 years now. We love it. Service and food is always good. They changed owners and few years ago and went down hill for a little while but now they seem to be right back where they used to be. We love the emerald duck and the shrimp choo chee. The fried bananas for desert are perfect.
Does not look like much from the outside, but food is good. Tried their homemade green curry sauce, and it was excellent.
Don’t know what happened tothis restaurant. Used to be one of my favorites. Had a truly bad experience last night. Very indifferent service and the food was several notches down from other visits. They forgot our rice, silverware and generally acted like we were bothering them
Great Thai. I go for lunch often. The duck is amazing, the fish is so good and the mangrod chicken breast is to die for- yum! All around $10 including the salad bar.
