Really awful customer service when placing take out orders. The man who answers the phone is short, and not accommodating. They forgot to include plantains to our order, then he tried to charge us when we went back to pick them up. I mean the food is good. But really terrible customer relations.
Very loud atmosphere. The food is almost always on par and continues to be good. Wait staff is on top of their game most of the time even when busy.
Food was good. Luckily, others in my party spoke Spanish, the staff does not English. On on other visit I walked up to the service window ( these are common with Cuban restaurant in South Florida), but I was told to go inside for service.
