I love subs, but this place is on a whole other level. There’s nothing that different about it but it’s all just so fresh and it’s perfection- I get the Italian every time!
Rudest staff ever. I believe in giving businesses second chances and was hoping my experience at this location would be better than my experience at the Hollywood location…I was wrong. When I got my order back to my office, I found that they had given me a completely different sandwich than what I had ordered. (Even though the wrapper was marked RB for roast beef, it was ham and the toppings and bread were different than anything I had requested.) I called to let them know the order was incorrect and to request a refund. I was treated incredibly rudely and no apology was ever offered. (Of course I would bring the sandwich back uneaten to prove I was not trying to get a free lunch.) The problem is that unless you eat on premises or unwrap your take-out order, you cannot tell if your order is correct until you get home. I stopped going to the Hollywood location because of their rude attitude and inability to get orders correct. I guess they are continuing business as usual at this new location.There are too many comparable sandwich shops to ever try this one again.
