Terrible first experience.. Upon arrival, even though it was late and not many people there, me and my 2 friends had to wait although there were plenty open tables. When we were seated our waitor (in quotations cause I don’t know how he got that title) asked what we wanted to drink but couldn’t remember it cause he thought he was too good to write it down. Then it took him another 30 minutes to bring the bread out. The food was alright not that good, but the real ordeal starts when it was time to leave. We waited more than 15-20 minutes to get the check and unfortuently he put it under one check so we had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come back and he didn’t even have the decency to make a new reciept, he just wrote out or totals in pen. But his math was totally wrong because the original check had the total at $57 and then it turned out to $63 when divided among us. But already frustrated we didn’t say anything. Then he took our cards and disappeard for, without exaggeration, 45 minutes!! I couldn’t even find it in my heart to give him a tip because he was so awful. Also he was extremely rude when you asked questions about the menu and made horrible jokes. Overall if you get Jacob (small Asian dude) ask for another waitor or go to the one on pines.

Then I recently went and it was really good. I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW GOOD! I had a wedge salad and it was really very good. It was like $3 or something stupid like that. I had a burger, I would not eat steak here, not a big steak lover to begin with but if I have one it needs to be perfection for me to be interested and I love a great burger and I have to say…it was a great burger. I was very pleasantly surprised, really- 2 thumbs up for the chain!
