Are You Serious WTF. Just moved to SFL to attend college @ NSU. Had Steak & Shake for the 1st time when I flew into Miami, and it was awesome a little greasy. but good. Love!!!! the Fries. So after getting into my apartment found coupons for steak & shake in the mail. and found out one right down the street, Awesome!! But sadly this is not like the one in Miami at all, service was slow waited for ever (48 mins) for my food. server was okay. but the food was hot but the wait was not worth it. It’s too bad, I like the value but!!! not the wait it wasn’t even that busy. I worked as a waitress in GA through high school and Jr college and this was not busy!!! Spoke to some one and they apologized and stated it’s very busy, WOW if this is there service at lunch I would hate to see if it really was busy. My roommate who has lived here said she see’s the same thing. that’s why she goes through drive thru. but says there having her park a lot and bring it out to you. So i guess ill eat again if there’s no one else there. because honestly the meals are cheep and good. but wouldn’t come here with out coupon because of the wait.
Absolutely terrible. This place is pathetic. Business was slow. Waited almost 1 hour for my food. Ordered a burger to go and received it before my dine in order. Didn’t receive lemons and bacon as requested. Received the check before I even received my food. How unacceptable was that? Would never ever ever visit here again. Frequent visitor here but no more. Waitress would bring utensils and water and asked us the customers to pass everything around. Totally 100% disgusting!!!!!!!!
Great Breakfast. My husband and I go often for breakfast and have never been dissapointed. They have great biscuits, with eggs or sausage gravy, and there is a great hamburger with a fried egg on it as well. We also enjoy their coffee as it is strong and tasty but not overpriced like Starbucks. Our server treats us great, and he knows my husbands order as soon as he comes in. It’s never crowded and you get a filling breakfast at a great price.
Great Shakes. The Shakes are to die for. Burgers -so so. Fries are very good.
Late Night Snack. Always good for a late night snack and some of the best Milk Shakes anywhere!
