Don’t get anything to go because you will want to return your meal.. I went to get takeout around 9:30 pm- it wasn’t busy (Tuesday nigh)t. I have eaten there plenty of times before, but never have I been disappointed. I ordered their ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I got home and realized they sold me a piece of meat comparable to shoe leather. I ordered it rare and almost broke my knife just trying to cut into the tough, over-seasoned beef. I could not even finish the steak that I paid over $18 for- it was that awful. The broccoli as a side came in four small pieces, hardly enough for two bites. I do not feel like I got my money’s worth of quality or portion size. The mashed potatoes were decent, I do not have any negative complaints about that, but I do not recommend going here for take out- or steak, as well as I will not be returning for either.
My family of 5 waited 20 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Got up and walked out.
Horrible service. Went there with my family, party of 7 people. We asked to sit outside (in June) because the AC inside was way too cold. Hostess said that they weren’t sitting people outside. Really? If you don’t sit people outside in the summer when do you sit people outside??? We obviously didn’t eat there. Thanks for nothing BJs.
First & last time .. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! My girlfriend and I both ordered steak medium well, the first time it came out it was burt to a CRISP. So we sent it back, the manager was informed and they tried again. The second time it came out it was completely BLOODY on the inside so we returned the food again. The manager came and spoke with us offered NO kind of discount or anything so we ended up just leaving .AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !

Went for a family celebration and my granddaughter was hit in the back of the head by a server and due to the change in shifts her meal wasn’t even offered to be comp’d. 10.50 for a glass of cab only house Merlots. No wonder they could seat a party of 10 at 7 on a Friday night. Won’t be back and obviously other people agree.24 May, 2014Poor. Went for family dinner celebration tonight. My granddaughter was hit in the back of the head by a server and with the change of shifts her meal wasn’t comp’d. . They charged 10.50 for a cab because they only have house merlot. I guess I know why we could get a table for 10 at 7 on a Friday night. I won’t be back and I will spread the word.
