Ignored!. My family of 7 walked right in. The hostess meet us with a smile and we where seated within minutes. It went down hill from there. We sat outside with several other parties. They were all served, we where not. My son went in 3 different times asking every wait staff who our server should be. No one knew. My daughter went up to the hostess desk after 30 minutes of no service. We waited another 10 minutes. Still no service. As we were walking out a server meet my husband at the exit saying she could wait on us now, the rest of us where already across the parking lot and heading in to Chili’s where we had great service.
What a shame. The beer was good. Service mediocre. The food came out all at once instead of as appetizer and then entre. The deep dish appetizer had cold meat. We had to ask for 3 sets of silver before a reasonably clean one was presented. They were out of spinach for the BLT salad. Arugula was a great substitution. No check back from a manager. Very disappointing experience.
