Burger and BBQ YUM !. Food was fantastic. Hubby had a cheeseburger and I had the Pork BBQ. Awesome food, great service, cold cold beer and the cook went out of the way with soup sample and chatted with us for a time. Will be going back for sure and bringing friends !
GREAT BURGER AND SERVICE. Told I HAD to go there by an expert in local dining. Ordered the smaller ( only 1/2 pound!) burger, medium rare with cheddar, bacon and grilled onions. Perfectly cooked, juicy with crisp bacon – about perfect. Our waitress was a petite baby boomer with the energy and sweet smile of a 20 year old.I don’t know that I have had a better burger. ( Smiley’s is pretty close) .I will definitely be back.

Still a good burger – Just costs more. I have not been back to the Brickyard in at least a year albeit I live just a few towns away. In fact, the last time I was there their burger was under $7. Now, it’s $8.99 plus 95 cents per extra item like cheese, bacon or grilled onions.The burger is still as good as it ever was. It’s just that there are now a few more competitors ..some at lower prices. Frankly, for $12.99 for one with cheese, including a soft drink, it is a bit pricey. It really is.So, here are your decisions if you will. Is the burger as good as the Daily Grind? No, it is not. It is as good as Stonewood’s? No, it is not. I like the atmosphere at the Brickyard once you get into the place, but the neighborhood is very iffy and really their pricing does not justify that dining experience. For a couple of dollars more, you can sit in much nice atmosphere (Stonewood) with a better burger for a couple a dollars more. I prefer the Brickyard’s atmosphere much more than the Daily Grind’s.
