If you haven’t been to Cafe 101, please consider it for an excellent meal at a fraction of what you would pay in a fine dining establishment. Help support this program and aspiring chefs in our area!Four courses for $15:Pan Sauted Black Mussels with Leeks and Garlic, Frisee Bacon and Blue Cheese Salad, Espresso Rubbed Filet Mignon with mushroom-garlic herb butter, potato leek cake and fresh asparagus, Molten Chocolate Espresso Cake.http://www.daytonastate.edu/cafe101/index.html
