MAJORLY disappointed — avoid. Tonight — we ordered from a chain, Papa John’s. It’s against my religion to order from a local chain and now I remember why. 2 hours it too. Granted, it was in the rain, so I was willing to concede 30 mins later. I’m not a jerk, but at the same time — please let me know what’s going on. Don’t make me call the place TWICE in an hour to figure out what’s up.The food came COLD and it came without the dipping sauces we ordered. We are done with all chains now — Papa Johns first and foremost. Goodbye. It ain’t the first time. PJs wasn’t always bad, but it has happened before. Grazianos, Xtra and La Italiana don’t mess stuff up in South Daytona. I used to like Papa Johns for the points, but the delivery charge and screw ups don’t cover a free pizza every 6 to 8 times I order.We’re done. Folks AVOID!
Wouldn’t take valid coupon. I called into to ask if they would take a valid coupon and the lady said she wouldn’t. It has an expiration date on it and I’ve been using it for the past week (punch card) and she said that I shouldn’t have been able to and that it wasn’t even in the system. Which is a lie since I know they have a button for buy one get one free. This lady needs to be fired. She ruined my papa johns experience.
Online Ordering. I always Order online and then pick it up . but the food is good & the workers seem friendly. We eat there 3-4 times a month. And they have a Drive up window so you never have to get out of your car… I stop there to even just buy soda just cus its easyer then a store… 2 thumbs up!
