Terrible. I ordered a cheese burger and fries to go at the Bellaire Plaza location,waited for an unacceptable long time,I questioned the server about my order,it had been sitting at the counter for 10 minutes,I had seen her bring it out,but I didn’t know it was mine..I told the server it was not fresh and I wanted to speak to the manager.He offered me another order,on the house.When I got home it was the same order that I had refused previously.Will never eat at any Ruby Tuesday again,EVER.
A watse of time and money. It has to be one of the bottom five dining experiences for my husband and myself . We proposely chose the Ruby Tuesday’s on International because it has been very iffy at the Bellaire Plaza RT . It was a fiasco in the making for the beginning . We were sat in a small and crowded area , yet there was plenty of room in the main body of the restuarant . The wait person seems annoyed to have more customers and was not really writing the order down . Long wait for the food . I ordered BBQ chicken with the sauce on the side plus the spagethhi squash and grilled zucchini . my husband had the bacon cheese burger with fries . The server did not bring my zucchine and it was a long time coming obviously not on order ticket . My husband was unaware the burger would be on a whole wheat bun , it was dry at best . They placed oions and pickles on the burger and he had request they be held . It was blamed on the kitchen with no apology offered . My chicken was so heavily peppered I could not eat it and I like highly seasoned food . The spagethhi squash was tasteless and why do they put parsley on everything ? The grilled zucchini had pools of grease on the plate , grilled it was fried ! The meal was listed as 390 calotries and I think it’s because you will only eat a few bites before you stop . The waitress offered a box , I did not even want to bring it home to my pets . She was clueless and got the check not the manager , actually I wonder if there was management in the building , I know we never was one . lesson learned I will never go to any Ruby Tuesday’s in the future .
Consistently good. We go to this restaurant about once a month and have always had good meals and very friendly service. Sometimes we have to wait for tables because they’re busy, and sometimes food service is a bit slow, but the staff apologizes and brings those delicious little cheese biscuits while you wait. It’s a great place to use $10-15 coupons from our newspaper. We like the salad bar which has many unusual items, and the little burgers when you’re not too hungry.I’m sorry to see one of the reviewers below had a very bad time. I can’t imagine what happened that day.
Great Happy Hour. Wow, the drinks were huge, and you get 2 for one, nice. The food was very good too. I can’t understand why anyone ever complained unless it was so busy that the waiting pissed em off.
