Great little Mexican restaurant- I have been living in Deerfield Beach for years and haven’t been able to find a decent Mexican restaurant in the area. We decided to try this restaurant out tonight. This restaurant is tucked away in the cove plaza., which is probably why I never noticed it before. The restaurant is clean and has nice decor. The chips and salsa were great, we also ordered guacamole which was excellent. I had steak tacos, they were really good. We will definitely be back!
It was a Wednesday night restaurant not busy . We are party of 5 and service was slow . Most of us very disappointed in our entrees . Skirt steak was not tender and vegetables on plate looked and tasted reheated with microwave .Fajitas not great and vegetables lacked color of freshness . Swordfish special was dry and thin. I attempted to contact next day to speak to owner and calls were never returned . My friends and I will not return to restaurant .
