I have been here twice and the food was less than spectacular. The antipasto salad looked like it was thrown on the floor before it made it to the table. The waitress was less than friendly. I will gladly go to Goodfellas or Antonio’s pizza in Debary before ever going back here.
Very disappointed!. The food is really good, but the customer service not so much. I absolutely love their food but what happened to me exactly a week ago will prevent me from ever ordering anything from there ever again. I went in to pay for a $20 pizza and my card was swiped and charged 3 times. I pulled up my bank statement on my phone to show them what had happened. I guess they went back and voided the transactions because they gave me 2 receipts and told me I had to wait 3 days to receive the money back on my card. What had me upset is the fact that it was THEIR mistake so I should not have had to wait for MY money to get back on my card. THEY COULD HAVE SIMPLY GIVEN ME $40 CASH. They had more than enough money in their drawer to do that. They didn’t know if they had put my account into to overdraft, or if I had to pay a light bill that day or not, Or if that was all the money I had left. I don’t feel like that was right at all, and because of that, I won’t be going back ever again.
