Ate at the oviedo location. Sat at the bar last Saturday night, bartender was Awesome. Great selection of rum. Food was beautiful and tasty but missing salt and heat. I guess the hot salsa was central Florida hot, but not Tijuana hot. Will definitely be back
A mother’s day dinner treat that didn’t disappoint at all. My choice for dinner brought us here. Everyone in the family enjoyed their meals. The choices, proportion and quality are top choice. I was anxious to try the cucumber margaritas. It has a little jalapeo in the mix and lined the rim with cayenne pepper or something. It was VERY GOOD. It’s a wine based drink but has a kick nonetheless. It’ll be spectacular when they get the liquor license I ordered the black bean soup. It is the best I’ve had. I like the hint of lime in the soup. My husband is not crazy about Mexican food but is learning to expand his palate. He was very pleased with the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce. I chose the enchiladas trio. I was pleasantly pleased as well. The portions are just right. Ww finished our plates and had room for scrumptious desert. My husband and daughter had Flan. And I had Tres Leche cake. Both were wonderful. Portions were plenty that could be shared. My only take away from the dinner was the Sangria. They have 2 for 1 Sangria. I didn’t like it at all. It’s a blush wine or something with chopped apples in the cup. I didn’t even ask for my second glass. I would expect more from a restaurant such as this.10 May, 2015Black Bean Soup. The soup is served with crumbled cheese (queso?), tomatoes onion and the spices are a perfect blend. There’s a hint of lime that is soft and not overpowering. I really like it.
Such a nice place!. Came here for the first time on Friday. Interesting and varied menu, and attentive and friendly service. Everything we tried was delicious, including the black beans, which is very difficult to get right! We will be back!
