Absolutely rude and unprofessional management. If they are rude and unprofessional to us what other mis- management steps are they taking when it comes to food safety. Will never order from them again. Do not eat here. Management behavior appalling to say the least. Thankfully Deland has alot better restaurants. Kimberly is a very pathetic choice for management!
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! To begin with; the hostess was snippy! It is so loud/poor acoustics, you can’t hear or have a conversation! We waited 55 minutes for our food! The pasta was cold! The chicken was over-cooked! Taste was horrible!!! This was our first & LAST time at this establishment!
Poor service. Long wait times. Management apathetic. This used to be our go-to spot, but we’ve left disappointed too many times to continue. Thankfully, Deland has many other alternatives to enjoy a nice meal.
Was better under the former owners/management. This was one of my favorite little hidden gems at one time, the food was great, the hospitality was even better and you felt like you were walking into your families house for Sunday dinner……. Then,,,,,, the place sold, the new owners/management decided to fix something that wasn’t broken, and now it’s started moving in the wrong direction. I’ll wait a few months and try it one more time…..
Amazing Service and Wonderful Food. We ordered the chipotle chicken pizza. Unfortunately, they had run out of the chipotle glaze, but the pizza was still amazing, and the waitress, who was very attentive, did not charge us for drinks because of the lack of chipotle glaze. They seem to be very respectful of lgbt people, and treated us very well. We will go back again, for sure.
Ok gave it a try again. So first time had eggplant parm really bad sent it back2nd time had pizza was ok3rd time tonight went for friends bd waitress was rude got orders wrong we got attention of owners momexplained problem not much better service then offered nothing to fix problems or even a dessert for friends birthdaywont be back
Beautiful place, great food and the atmosphere is genuneally pleasant. Prices are amazing for quality of dishes.
