Not only the best sub ever, BEST food in Deland, period!05 May, 2012Best Sub I’ve EVER had. A whole sub could easily feed 4. These sandwiches are so amazing they put gourmet 5 star Expensive resturaunts to shame.
Manzano deli. Thank you for opening a store in Deland! I’ve been to the NSB one occasionally and love it! It is by far the best sub I’ve ever had. Now I can go as often as I like without having to drive 25 miles. The bread is phenomenal and the sandwiches are so big, my husband and I can share one for 2 days! The Italian Stallion is my favorite and I can’t wait to try more!
Spectacular Sandwiches. This is my go-to Deland cuisine.No other sandwiches in town compare to those offered at this establishment.The Up in Smoke, Ragin’ Cajun Roast Beef, and Hot Pastrami are my favorites. The Ass Kickin Chipotle Chicken is a special worth trying, and the 9-1-1 is great for those who enjoy heat.Recommended!
Uncomparable Sandwich. Thank you Chris, for bringing the wonderful flavors of Manzanos to Deland! …and showing me what a gourmet sandwhich/sub should really taste like. I wish I still worked in Deland, being able to get Manzanos for lunch 2 – 3 x per week… but at least you guys are open on Saturdays!The meats they use are top notch and they fly in the BEST bread from New York. Personal Favorites: NSB, OK Corral (their roast beef is killer), and the Italian Stallion.
Simply awesomeness!!!. Had my girl grab me a footlong of the coney island, was spectacular, the corned beef was right on the money and the pastraimi had the filler with that extra touch from the excess of pastrami. Loved the sandwich on that type of roll, dunno what is was, but will be coming there next time in deland. Also got the soup, good but too thick for my tasting wise. She told me it felt like a foodery up in nyc, no comment with the team i represent.. Great job to the personal there, will be there in person in time.
