  L O V E Sinatra’s!. Hosted our Graduation Dinner with the expertise, talent and ambiance of Sinatra’s! Sinatra’s made planning the dinner party so simplistic- professionalism in discussing our menu, pricing, services, contracting and handling correspondence. Everything discussed came to fruition in the end with no circumstance! Great communication and teamwork Staff!Our table set-up was beautiful! We loved being in the formal side of the dining room, which was quite inviting to our guests! The lighting when we entered at 6p was gorgeous with the sun beaming throughout the windows, and as the night went on, the dinner lighting was soft and quaint! Our seating of approximately 35 guests worked perfectly! Everyone was able to be absorbed in conversation with guests at the same table, while having the flexibility to visit with other guests and other tables! Our cake table area was perfect for displaying our graduate arrangement, displaying and serving our cake, and for placing our graduate’s gifts! The foyer area was wonderful for both greeting our guests, and for saying our goodnights! Thanks, too, for the special personalized menus provided- added a special touch for our guests who were there to celebrate! Ambiance and Atmosphere! Sinatra’s had it all!An amazing highlight of our dinner party was how spectacular our meal was! The menu created, prepared and served all blended amazingly well! The Kitchen Staff prepared amazing servings! The appetizer platters with Eggplant Rollantini, Arancini, Calimari, and Fried Artichoke Hearts were a delicious way to settle our guests and introduce conversation! The Side House Salad was fresh and tasteful and was quite satisfying! Our entrees were savory and delectable! Everyone raved about their dish, wether they enjoyed the Chicken Bruschetta, the Filet Mignon Funghi, or the Pasta Primavera! The complete meal was so rewarding and fulfilling! Really! It was! So tasty!A huge part of the success of the evening was, of course, due to the amazing service of Sinatra Servers! Top Notch! Friendly and courteous, polite and professional, fun and fast! Each of our guests requests were met readily with a smile! It was just so perfect to be able to not only enjoy our guests in attendance, but to relate so easily with our Service Staff! Hats off to this crew! Bar service- Superb, too! Thanks for keeping the drinks coming! Also, to those behind the scenes! Know it is impossible without them!Don’t think we didn’t notice! Sinatra’s was quite busy the evening of our dinner party- hosting other graduates and their families, hosting an event in the upstairs banquet hall, the cabaret was hopping and the other half of the main dining room was being served the entire night, as well! I commend the entire Staff of Sinatra’s on the amazing effort of Teamwork this required! Our food and service quality suffered not one bit! Kudos!Thanks, again, Sinatra’s, for your expertise and talents, ambiance and atmosphere! So appreciated! Great job! Please be sure to share and provide feedback to all involved!
