Hours of Operation. On their blog, the hours listed for Saturday night are 8 AM to 2 AM. We went there at 8 PM on a Saturday night. We were told the place isn’t open until later. We asked if we could stay (and not order food) until they opened. We were told no. This is poor customer service. The whole place reeks of elitism. You can’t expand your customer base if new customers don’t feel welcome and you don’t post appropriate times for hours of operation on your website.
