A multi sentence review wouldn’t do this restaurant justice, nor would it give the praise needed to describe this culinary masterpiece. If you are in the Delray area, or the state of Florida for that matter, and you don’t try Brule shame on you. From the creative mind of a young chef has come by far the best restaurant in Delray Beach, if not in all of Florida. Portions are smaller in line with most traditional French cuisine but every bite is amazing. From tapas to dessert there isn’t a menu item that won’t make your mouth water and thirst for more. Signature dishes like foie gras pb&j, to crispy duck or succulent pork chop. The menu continues to delight your senses. Also a talented bar staff helps pull things together with new twists on classic libations. I, of course, indulged in a perfectly made Sazerac.
