Horrible customer service. Food is good. The food is good. Not great, but fairly good. When you walk in it takes about 5 minutes for them to acknowledge you. They act like they are doing you a favor to seat you. I used to have them deliver and they would tack on extra charges. One time they told me they charge a dollar extra for using a credit card. Another time they told me they charge an extra dollar because the people in the adult community where I live don’t tip. They are not nice people. I have gone there a few times since their food is pretty good. Once you get by the idiots at the front counter the service is good. It is not the waiters fault the owners are schmucks. It tends to be a little pricey but there are some dishes that are reasonably priced and taste good. If you order anything but a combo dinner you won’t leave for under 18 to 19 dollars (food, drink and tip). I have to be in the mood to put up with the front door.
Worst meal I have had in the USA. I saw the restaurant whilst visiting The Girls food outlet recently. Yearning for a traditional Chinese style meal I took the family of 5 there last night. The starters of soup consisted of a dishwater mix with oil floating on the top. Utterly tasteless. We then ordered the sesame beef which had lumps of fat on it and was hard as rocks, the sesame chicken was lumps of overlooked chicken with sprinkles of sesame seats on it, the vegetarian chow mein was tasteless and bland, the beef chow mein was mostly oil and had a horse meat taste to it, the rice was dry… My wife would not even let me take the 90% unbeaten meals home for the dogs in case it made them size. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
