Awful Service and Incompetent Management + Staff. BAD experience, bad management, bad staff, recently bad food..I will NEVER go back to Fratellis. Save your money and don’t waste it at this place. They will RIP you off. They have the worst customer service, rude management and incompetent employees. They could care less about their customers. I’ve been in management and customer service for over 25 years, the manager Shana does not know the meaning of customer service. . I would never treat a customer like she treated my husband. Lack of customer service is putting it nicely. I ordered take out here today, Tuesday February 24th. My husband went in to pick it up, first they gave him the wrong salad… even after telling him it was definitely correct. It was good my husband checked the order. He had to wait for them to fix the mistake, while his pizza got cold. I want to mention this is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong, i always like to give places another chance… mistakes can be made. They also over charged my husband for order. Fratellis does not give you an itemized receipt, so you never know what they are charging you for what item. When he got home we realized they over charged him, so he called and spoke with Shana, who I guess is the manager. She was so rude, she claimed she had no way to look up the transaction, she told him she was too busy to discuss them over charging us and she told my husband to call back some other time. She has no idea what we were charged for, she didn’t know how to look up the transaction and in the end she didn’t care. Treating customers well is important. I would never go back, I would never recommend this place and you better believe I will remember how we were treated by Shana and Fratellis. The pizza we got was cold, the crutons on the salad were stale and there was not much chicken on my chicken Cesar salad. Again, they over charged us and refused to even speak to us about the issue. Save your money there are plenty of great Italian restaurants in the area, with much better customer service. I wish I could give them, the staff and especially Shana 0 stars…they don’t even deserve 1 start. If you want to be disappointed by everything…

Gradual degradation of quality. My family and I have ordered from this specific Fratelli’s for years. Over the years their pizza has been lacking more and more. I used to order their wings every other week, 25 wings for 15 bucks was a really great deal and their flavors -were- amazing. Last time I got my wings they were very VERY cold by the time I got home after a 5 minute drive. Believe me, I do not wait very long to dig into the food here.If you can help it, do not order a flatbread pizza. Do no order an extra topping, you won’t get it. Last pizza we ordered had three toppings and had entire large spans of most of the slices barren with only cheese. We went back to a major chain unfortunately… Saves us some money too, about eight dollars cheaper for the same order, but far more toppings and far more food. Not going to mention from who.

A basic small town typical American-Italian restaurant, but some gems are still on the menu. Order salads with balsamic- best dressing. I honestly order it with everything! Pizza and pasta is fair-obvious any Italian restaurant that has chicken Parma is not authentic haha. Plus rumor had it, chef Bob just left so who knows what happens from here…
