Fraud….. beware. The wife and I went to Il Bacio( outside lounge for Prime) at happy hour on a Friday night. Happy hour price $7 for a glass of wine with appetizers included. The appetizers were not so good and my wife had to ask the staff to put out serving utensils. The staff were running around unorganized setting up tables and service was non existent. There were only 2 other groups beside us so it wasn’t busy. The outside high back leatherette bar chairs were well worn, torn and wonky. The crowd was 70+ years old so we had 1 glass of wine and paid our bill. Five days later we found the tip at Il Bacio was increased by $5 on our credit card. We called the credit card company and informed them about this. We never used the credit card after Il Bacio & series of fraudulent charges were put on the card as(we were notified by the credit card company). We emailed Il Bacio about Nicole, who was are server . After a follow up call, Nicole assured us the manager would call us . Still waiting for that call. Needless to say,we won’t be back.
