French Rotisserie Our approach is to serve from farm to table, we use only the highest quality ingredients and cook them to perfection. The process begins with all-natural chickens, raised on family farm, free roaming, antibiotic and hormone free and with no artificial ingredients. They are then seasoned with herbs and cooked on our French-imported rotisserie machine. French Wine Our wine selection will present French wine that will perfectly be pared with our menu. Wine tastings will be coming soon to introduce French Wine Regions. French Dessert The best part is our well known dessert chef Alain will be making all french unique specialties from scratch in the house.
