I expected so much more!. Pizza Rustica in Delray Beach is run by a bunch of arrogant teenagers that would rather socialize with each other then serve their clients. Although most of the clients are teenagers themselves, I suppose this is not a problem. But if you consider yourself a grown-up, avoid this place like the plague.This is not a comment on the quality of the product. The pizza is decent. Not great. It’s difficult to know how long the pizza has been sitting out. With lots of imaginative pizzas, you can certainly pick one to your liking. However, once they get reheated, they typically are less tasty and often a bit stale.I’ve eaten at a Pizza Rustica in Miami that was actually run by people that paid attention to customer service. The pizza there was fresh and tasty. Thus, I assume they have a recipe for quality pizza. Unfortunately, this particular location in Delray beach simply does not come through with the quality.
