Saltwater Brewery is putting Delray Beach on the map for amazing craft beer. Step through the doors of this tasting room and you are greeted with a bright, relaxed atmosphere and a knowledgable and friendly staff eager to help you choose from one of the many brews on draught. Can’t pick just one? No problem, they offer a flight of 4 beers, 4oz each at a very reasonable price. Tours of the brewery have just started, you can call them for more information. They have a happy hour Monday-Friday, live music in the Biergarten on certain days, a shuffleboard table, various board games, a giant Jenga set and even cornhole to enjoy while you drink your beer. While the tasting room does not serve food, they encourage you to bring your own or to order in from many local restaurants. Food can be eaten inside or outside at one of the huge communal picnic tables. The beers are great…each one with a unique flavor that just floors you. And such a better atmosphere than similar places nearby. I would definitely recommend Saltwater Brewery to anyone. Whether you’re just starting out in the craft beer scene or you’re a veteran, this is the place to be!!
I’m a big beer guy, and I finally got a chance to stop by. Saltwater has a good set up inside, but they need better parking. I only had time for two beers, first up the milk stout sea cow very good I enjoyed the Carmel flavor. Second spiney tail pale ale, to sour and not in a good way, like you find with an IPA. All in all cant wait to go back.
