BEWARE!!! These are NOT honest people!!! They will steal your money!!!Let me start off by saying that my family and I are longtime customers of Sushi Masa. My family and I ordered our lunch here this Sunday. My husband and brother in law went to pick it up for us. We had ordered 8 things:2 miami rolls, 2 volcanos, 2 JB rolls, and 2 sweethearts. When they arrived home, there were only 6 items (without the 2 sweetheart rolls). we had paid for all EIGHT items ($81). We called them right away to let them know. We thought it’d be no big deal considering we’ve been their customers for such a long time. My aunt also owns a business right around the corner from them, so we go there all the time. I was sure someone would make things right in no time.The first person to pick up was a woman. When I told her what happened she kept repeating that she had packed it herself in a white container (the only thing in a white container was the JB rolls). I told her that they might have forgotten to put it in the bag or whatnot. I decided to speak to the manager, who I assumed would surely makes things right. When i told the manager, he insisted that we got it and that we didn’t look properly in the bag. He proceeded by accusing us! We are so disappointed with the poor customer service they provided us!!! None of us will be returning here! BEWARE!!! They will steal your money!!!

Disappointed. We have eaten at Sushi Masa on numerous occcasions both dining in and take out for many years since we moved to Delray almost 7 years ago. We have always enjoyed their food. Service has always been somewhat relaxed but acceptable. This evening we ordered sushi, sashimi and an entree and to say we were disappointed would be understated. The quality of the food has disappeared. The sashimi was NOT fresh, the peanut chicken dried out, overcooked and extremely bland and the sushi just ok. WHAT HAPPENED! We called to let them know about the unfresh sushi and the manager seemed to not care. To be truthful he offered to give us new food, but really if the sashimi is old, dried out and not fresh do you really want More?! He did not apologize or seem the least bit concerned about the quality but more concerned to get off the phone. Sorry Sushi Masa this is not acceptable! Bad sushi/sashima makes people sick and we will not be back. If you don’t care about your customers why oh why would we care to return?
