Busy!. The bar was so packed when I was here for dinner you couldn’t even walk through the restaurant! It was incredibly loud. The food was average. I would recommend this place as a bar more than a restaurant. The atmosphere is very cool and the drinks are good! You just have to wait a long time to get them.
Great comfort style food. Seafood pie was fresh and a reasonable portion. They were busy, but service was good. Drinks were cheap and refilled promptly. Everyone enjoyed the food and prices were reasonable. Happy hour specials looked good, maybe we’ll get back there to try them. Server was friendly and efficient, no complaints there. No built in gratuity on a party of 6, I hate when places do that :}
Service stinks!!!! We waited 2 hours for our food and when it got here it was not what we ordered, the wait staff is slow, they try hard but they are so under staffed. When we came there was only one waitress and one buss boy .
.The one dish I would think they could done right would be fish and chips. NOT! And very high prices what you get. Would not recommend
Cozy eats. Ordered boxties to start followed by liver and onions and enjoyed it all. Wonderful British waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Nice variety of pub drinks brings me back to my semester abroad way back when.
Great food and consistent. I have not been disappointed in any meal I have there. My wife hasn’t either. Just a quaint local hang out where everybody knows your name!
Sh*t Hole. If you stagger in drunk one night, then I won’t hold it against you. But when your eyes straighten out and see what this place looks like….You will about-face too.
