Yom Kippur Disappointment. I prepaid and preordered by bagels exactly a week ago. When my husband went to pick up the order, nothing that I ordered was there! I specifically ordered 3 plain and 3 egg bagels in a separate bag because my grandson is deathly allergic and his bagels cannot touch anything with seeds, etc. Did I get that? No. No egg bagels at all and everything thrown in together! No pumpernickel; no asiago, just whatever garbage was left was thrown into the bag! What kind of service is that? Shame on you!!!! You left my grandson without a bagel to have; and the rest of our guests disappointed because what was thrown in is not what we eat! Bonnie Seidler – 561.752.4847
Best Bagel in South Florida. By far the best bagel in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade! While most bagel restaurants bake their bagels, Brooklyn Water Bagel boils them and they are quality. I also highly suggest the Black and White Muffin, it’s amazing!
