  I will not go here again. We always order from here because it’s close to the house and is fine. Last time I ordered online it took them over an hour to even make my food before it was delivered. This time, I ordered 3 lunch specials and it got delivered without the soup it says it comes with. I called and she told me I had to make a note saying I wanted the soup. Of course I want the soup, I ordered the combo because it came with soup. Wtf?!?! And they didn’t offer to bring me any after they messed up. Horrible customer service twice. Agave you a second chance after the first time but never again!!!22 Sep, 2013Really disappointed with China 1 right now. Ordered delivery online as they encourage it and they called me from a NY area code phone number, which I didn’t answer, and didn’t leave a message so I’ve been sitting here for over an hour waiting for food that hasn’t even been made yet. Awesome! Good job on customer service. You might want to work on that so you don’t lose return customers. I’ll try a different place from now on.

  I absolutely love this restaurant. I moved to Destin about 15 months ago, and when I discovered this small shop several months back, I wasn’t disappointed. The food at China 1 rivals even some of my favorite Asian-cuisine restaurants from home, especially when it comes to flavor and quantity. I highly recommend China 1 for your Chinese take-out (or even dine-in) pick. I don’t order from anybody else.
