Two words….CRAB DIP! That stuff is addictive and amazing! And this Dewey destin is less touristy and more locals. Beautiful beach view. Love the atmosphere and food.
Very good! one of our favorite places to visit. Got the grill mahi mahi, corn, red potatoes and slaw. A true hole in wall great view and great food.
Very average seafood dinner after a 45 minute wait. Nice outdoor area, average service, but mostly just basic fried food. All entrees served with corn on the cob & fries unless you want to pay a huge up charge. Great outside bartender
The location of Calhoun is where it’s at. Order the stuffed shrimp, eat out on the dock and enjoy! The hush puppies are delicious and have a jalapeo kick. There is usually a line during tourists season, as with every other restaurant!
Soooo hot outside but was the best food I’ve had on my vacation. It would probably be better at night so it’s not so miserably hot. I had Parmesan mahi mahi, fries, and hush puppies. I also had a lot of my groups left overs which included more fries and hush puppies, smoked tuna dip, tuna salad sandwich, and chicken strips. All delicious.
Fried oysters, fried shrimp, and hush puppies are not to be missed!! Charmingly rustic atmosphere and the lovely view make this a perennial favorite.
Best smoked fish spread and fried shrimp on Emerald Coadt
