Boring St. Patty’s. I came to Hooters based on previous St. Patrick’s Day experiences. Other restaurants had girls dressed in green, green beer and shamrocks drawn on guys sitting at the bar . This Hooters didn’t do anything. The service was friendly and the food was good, but the atmosphere was not what I was expecting
