My husband and I had not been here for many years and decided to try it again. We were seated right away and our waiter was very attentive. We enjoyed the fresh juice margaritas and the queso dip was delicious! I got the fresh catch tacos and my husband got the chicken quesadilla. Everything was fresh and hot! We will be back!!

Great food great music amazing margaritas
Great place!. Being from Texas, we rarely eat Mexican food outside of our state. This place was very good and would enjoy visiting again. Service was great and prices are typical for the area.
Good food, I would go back!. The food at La Paz was pretty good. I got the steak fajitas and they were just ok. It tasted like they didn’t marinade or season them enough. My wife got a shrimp dish that resembled fajitas but was not and she really enjoyed it. The guacamole was excellent and the salsa was good. We’re from Texas, so we’re more accustomed to Texmex but this was pretty good food. We would go back.
We ate here on out first night in Destin because it was close to where we were staying and we had a hungry toddler. A first glance it was a little more expensive than I expected, but it was worth it! Great, fresh food. I had the fresh fish tacos and my husband had the marinated steak fajitas. Definitely recommend!
I have have been going to La Paz for nearly 10 years. I moved about 3 years and I always stop in for a bite to eat when I come to Destin. Food and drinks have been consistent over the years. Don’t listen to the bad reviews on here. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. My favorite is the pork tamale. Be sure to ask for some BBQ sauce on the side. The margaritas are the best in town.
