Went here for Christmas day dinner after a day of traveling. I realize it was Christmas Day howeverthe staff was adamant that we dont do takeouts. We were told to go the bar to order. After 20 min in the bar, the wait staff continued to walk by with no one offering to take an order. We left without ordering after leaving a message with the manager. We went to Harry Ts. Service was great and very large portions.
Terrible service. Two of us ordered Cheeseburgers in Paradise. Both orders came out cold. Another ordered chicken. It was old and tasted like it was cooked the day before. The waitress never came by to ask how the food was. She was asked to bring condiments and did not. The place was not that busy to warrant such poor service and terrible food.
First/last trip. Ironically, worst margaritas I’ve ever had. Tasted like a powered mix. Great view and good location. That’s about all I can say.
Food was ok, sort off average really but the big disappointment was their idea of a shrimp salad, 5 pcs of shrimp and an iceberg cut into 3 pcs; why bother chopping it up. I mean, really? And prices are high considering the quality.
The view and ambience was right on time. They raised the garage door that exposes the inside to the beautiful ocean view. The food was good and rinks on point. I guess you should not have bad drinks with a place named margaritaville
Fun atmosphere, love the balloon clown, food is good, and service staff is attentive. Kitchen slow night we were there but place is very very busy with lots of 10+ people parties.
Really wanted to enjoy this experience…. Lovely waterfront view & decent service, but food was really just awful. Even the margaritas were sub par
