Props to the waiter for amazing service, however the food was horrendous. The fish was over cooked and dry, the vegetables were raw, and lamb was flavorless.
Great service!. Had terrific service and received our appetizer very quickly. My wife and both got the Outback Special with a bottle of 14 Hands wine. Our steaks were prepared terrifically.
What management?. Arrived with a mostly empty parking lot just after the typical lunch rush on a Saturday. We went inside and saw half the tables were empty. Only to find out its a 10 to 15 minute wait. They were pretty understaffed in the wait staff. It took until after we got our meals, for the staff to finally get us some silverware. The meals were great, as was the waitress. She was just overworked. The wait did not diminish as we finished our meals, even though there was a steady outflow of patrons. Mismanagement is definitely causing this business to suffer. Quite a few people walked out upset.
Food didn’t have much flavor. Waste of money
Tonight was the third time I’ve ordered to go from this location and again, something was missing from my order. I’m just wondering when they’re gonna get it right and start checking the bags. i like their food but if everytime I order from them and I have to turn around for something, I’m gonna start using the tip money for gas. Train your people to pay attention outback! You hire someone specifically for the job – there’s no excuse for these kinds of mistakes!
