Tourist trap!. We ordered calypso Maui. The plate had 3 shrimp and MAYBE 1/4 # of fish @ $ 30.00. We both left hungry and taken! Prices on web are not those on menu, and the advertised HH buckets are none existent . Avoid at all cost! Avoid at all cost!
Horrible food, bad service. RUN in the opposite direction!
Pathetic. Worst dinning experience of my life. my family of four(wife and two small children) had the pleasure of wasting an evening in this overpriced waste hole. The food was terrible we had to send our food back twice and eventually felt that the trouble was worse than having to spend any more time with such unsavory people. We told the waitress to bring the manager and informed him of the situation and told him we will be leaving because of all the problems with sending the food back and horrible waitress. he told us if we left he would be calling the police. I told him we would pay for the drinks but would not be paying for the food since we didnt even eat either plate and that it was sent back twice to be replaced. At this point the manager refused to let us pay for what we actually consumed ( the drinks) and threatened to call the police again, which caused my two small children to begin crying again. What the incompetent manager didnt know is that my wife is a State Trooper for the state of Louisiana. We called the police and returned to our table and waited and refused to talk with him anymore. The police arrived, we informed them of what the situation was and walked out not paying for anything. IN SHORT STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND PATHETIC MANAGEMENT
A tad pricey, but overall very good
Terrible all around. Service was slow. Drinks were way too sweet. Seafood and salads were sub-par. There’s many other great restaurants to try in Destin, so avoid this one!
Tourist trap. Had dinner for 8 (4 adults/4kids) while visiting Baytown wharf. Worst vacation meal while visiting the destin area by far. The location is nice especially on the deck overlooking the water. The live music was fun and the kids enjoyed dancing in front of the band. However the food was a joke. I had a 2 adults had cheesburgers and both agreed they tasted like frozen patties that were grilled. Awful. The lobster had no flavor and the kids grilled cheese were so bad that they went untouched. Service was ok but he made several mistakes and may have been a noob. Visit the wharf for some fun activities for the kids but stay clear o this place.
Terrible. I sent my gumbo back twice because the rice wasn’t cooked. I then ordered a cheeseburger and had to pay full price. I do not reccomend eating here at all.
