Horrible Experience!. Absolutely horrible !! I think this establishment needs to understand that it is not only the food that makes a good dining experience, it is also dependent on good, friendly service.The restaurant does not keep it’s posted, advertised hours and the staff makes you feel as though they are doing you a favor serving you. The food is okay sometimes, depending on the time and day. Overall, I would not recommend Fritanga Monimbo in Doral. It certainly does not exemplify the good Nicaraguan cuisine or Nicaraguan hospitality that I know and love.
