GOOD. Good food quality ,nice ambience, almost could meditate after a good workout. a + for miami ,better than the k on US1 BETTER QUALITY THANKS ICHIBAN.

Decent food at a reasonable price. This is not my favorite sushi/oriental food buffet in Miami, however they do have a decent selection of foods available, including crab legs, shrimp, sushi, sashimi and your regular oriental offerings (wonton soup, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, etc.)We visited early on a weeknight, so the service was fast (not many people in the restaurant). The price was about $18 per person for the dinner buffet.

The best deal for sushi and japanese cuisine north of West Flagler street. Yes lunch and dinner price are different, but in dinner they have more things like sashimi. My favorite Japanese place. And not to mention it’s a buffet!! Which makes it 2x better.

Like I mentioned somewhere else, Ichiban’s food, variety, freshness & service are top notch. From the salads to the dressings, the rolls to the sushi, besides Japanese and Thai options, this buffet will keep you coming back for more. The best deal is @ lunch time, but the dinner menu, although slightly more expensive, will offer you even better items. Highly recommended; best one in Doral.

Best deal for Sushi in Doral. They are constantly busy and the fish is fresh. I’m hear twice a week on average and it has allways been a filling experience! Dinner costs more then lunch but includes more choices such as eel (Unagi) and Sashimi.
